The Money Carer Foundation works with many professionals, local authorities and private and voluntary organisations that refer clients to our team so that we can help to protect and support them everyday.
Our appointeeship, deputyship and LPA services enable social workers and healthcare professionals to provide service users with a trusted, independent money management service that has client outcomes and wellbeing at the centre of our work. We lead the way in our field and the support services that we provide develop continually in a creative environment to ensure that the vulnerable people we support are recieving the best possible 'money care' in the UK.
To assist busy social workers and other people who make referrals we have made the process really simple.
The starting point is either to contact us so that we can have a general chat about the particular needs and circumstances of the service user or to simply send an email to email@example.com This is an automated email address and will send a copy of our standard Referral Form to you along with our Procedures and Policy Document. You can also download these below should you wish. Please note that it takes approximately 6 weeks for an appointeeship to be set up via the DWP assuming we have been provided with all of the correct information about the service users circumstances.
After we have received the completed referral form we can then agree the best route forward needed to support the client that you are referring.
